Delivery Policy

This policy explains where we deliver, what it costs, how long it takes and how to prepare for your delivery. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. Where we deliver

The delivery charge for your address is shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery times are counted from the day your payment reflects and are estimates, not guarantees.

2. Collecting from our showroom

You are welcome to collect your order from our showroom at Monument Park Shopping Centre, Skilpad Road, Pretoria, at no charge. Please wait until we confirm that your order is ready, and bring your order number and ID. Make sure your vehicle is big enough: a Queen or King base set needs a bakkie or trailer.

3. Before delivery

• We will contact you to confirm a delivery date. Someone over 18 must be home to receive the order.
• Measure doorways, passages and stairways, especially for Queen and King sizes, so the Products can be carried in.
• Please clear a path to the room where the bed will go.
• If the delivery cannot be completed because nobody is home or the address is wrong, a re-delivery charge may apply.

4. On delivery

• Check your Products before you sign. Note any visible damage or missing items on the delivery note.
• Report any damage or missing items within 48 hours to sales@sleepgeniesa.com or 071 895 0469, with photographs.
• Risk in the Products passes to you once they are delivered and signed for.
• Removal of your old bed: [To be confirmed whether this service is offered and at what cost].

5. Delays

We will tell you as soon as possible if your delivery will be late. If we cannot deliver within 30 days of the agreed date, you may cancel your order and receive a full refund, as provided for in section 46 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.
