This policy explains how SleepGenie collects, uses, stores and protects your personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).
SleepGenie (“SleepGenie”, “we”, “us” or “our”) sells mattresses, bed bases, mattress and base sets and pillows online at sleepgeniesa.com and from our showroom at Monument Park Shopping Centre, Pretoria. We respect your privacy and protect the personal information of everyone who visits our website, shops with us or contacts us.
This policy applies to personal information collected through this website, our online store, our showroom, phone calls, emails, WhatsApp and any other way you deal with us.
Responsible party: SleepGenie is the responsible party as defined in POPIA. Our Information Officer’s details are in section 17.
We collect only the personal information we need for the purposes in this policy.
